‘In Elgar's Footsteps’ – guided walk and recital

What better way to spend a bank holiday Monday!

We meet at British Camp (Black Hill car park) at 9.45am to enjoy an hour’s guided walk along tracks and footpaths down to St Wulstan’s.

A short recital at 11.15am featuring Elgar’s truly magical Violin Sonata will be followed by refreshments and a chance to explore the Elgar family graves before your guide leads the return walk back up to the car park. Approx return time 1pm.

Please allow plenty of time to park and note the walking route down to the church is hilly and uneven. We regret no dogs allowed.

Anyone wishing to attend the recital and refreshments only can pay on the door. There is on road parking at St Wulstan’s but no designated car park.

Tickets £10, refreshments available

Under 18s free

Tickets for walk must be pre-booked as limited capacity

Tickets for recital only are payable on the door
